Bota Sare is a sushi and oyster bar on Poljana Marina Drzica, behind the cathedral. It mixes Japanese sushi with oysters from the farms of Mali Ston Bay, and belongs to a small Croatian chain with a place in Mali Ston.
Travel writers say the food is wonderful, and one blogger was impressed by how the sushi was presented. Visitors on Tripadvisor call it a great sushi stop in the Old Town, and one names it possibly the finest in Croatia.
