Gradska Kavana Arsenal is the historic city café in the old Arsenal building, next to the Luža square at the end of Stradun. Its back terrace sits right on the old harbour, facing the boats and the harbour walls.
A travel blogger and the editor of a local paper both went for breakfast on the harbour terrace and loved the setting, and members of a travel forum recommend it for its terrace, its service and for watching the square go by.
