Nishta Vegan Eatery

Created by a typically untypical Croatian-Swiss couple that ended up in Dubrovnik after something that was supposed to be just a day trip more than ten years ago, Nishta is Dubrovnik's first open vegetarian and vegan restaurant located in the heart of historic Dubrovnik Old Town.

On the menu, they have vegan, raw, and gluten-free gourmet dishes inspired by world cuisine, and everything tastes so good that even non-vegans will not leave disappointed.
